Tank cleaning

Tank work is a permit job before it is a cleaning job. We plan the entry, the atmosphere monitoring, the rescue arrangement and the waste path with the site before the shutdown starts, because that is the part that overruns, not the cleaning.

Product and sludge come out by vacuum, scale and residue come off by water, and where the vessel has to go from live to gas-free we purge with nitrogen first. The tank is handed back inspectable.
